| This month's beautiful booth is Eyes of the World. Jenni and Steven have been selling at Market since 1990, and their booth has always been beautiful. What has made the booth stand out this season is the quality of their work. Some of the wire-wrapping is so fine that it's hard to see the details without a magnifying glass. Steven's stone cutting skills allow him to custom make the jewels that best fit his style of jewelry making, focussing on the delicate colors of a variety of semi-precious stones. The watermelon tourmaline is a particular favorite.
The booth space itself is bright and well organized. The pieces are clearly displayed in a way that allows the customer to step in out of the flow of traffic and look carefully at the pieces. Jenni and Steven are always happy to tell you all about their work. They are also always working on their display to make it more customer friendly. You can find Eyes of the World in booth space 85, on the east side of Oak Street, near the corner of 8th. Stop by and admire, and you'll want to take some of their expert work home with you. |
