May 2004 Beautiful Booth of the Month Award:Gila & Tim FoxDragon Ink |

| Gila and Tim Fox's beautiful booth is brand new to the Park Blocks this year, and a stunning first time effort it is! The simple copper tubing frame, bamboo style shade and central paper umbrella give an oriental flavor that's the perfect backdrop for their origami products. The neutral colors highlight the colorful cranes and dragons. The booth also easily expands to the standard 8'x8' Market size.
Gila and Tim started selling their unique silk dragons last season as strolling vendors, using only the umbrella as their display. Their origami dragons and cranes are made of silk covered paper, most of the silk is recycled from garments. Along with the flying dragons and cranes, they make tiny crane jewelry and greeting cards from original art and photographs. Dragons Ink can usually be found among the 4'x4' booths along the south or west side of the Fountain Block. Stop by and admire! |
